Data Deletion

Follow the steps below to delete your account and related data.

Secure process

An OTP code is required before final deletion.

  1. Enter the account number (or account phone number) you want to delete.
  2. Click Send OTP Code. We send a verification code to this number through the API.
  3. Enter the received code, then click Delete My Data to trigger the real data deletion through the API.
